Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, you need to be our customer that's it. Obviously we can not accept other company's backplates (I can tell you stories!!!!!) but that's about it. We want to make sure you're happy so we won't even ask you why you're returning your awesome brand new backplates and mag plates.

If for whatever reason you don't absolutely love our Glock Back Plates, please return them for a full refund! NO QUESTIONS ASKED! I mean it! We'd appreciate a heads up but if you don't want to just ship it with a note in the box with something we can identify your order with (order number, date, name, email, etc...) That's it!!!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Never has happened, hopefully that streak continues :)

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know as soon as we've processed your refund, Once initiated, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
